The Narrative

This artwork explores the inner journey of self-discovery through the lens of classical mythology. By stripping Cupid of his divine certainty and placing him in a primal, lush environment, the image reflects the search for identity and the fragility of young love. It bridges the gap between the idealised figures of the Renaissance and the lived reality of contemporary queer youth.
